Do bookings have to be made from Saturday to Saturday?

You can start your holiday at any given weekday.

Is it possible to reserve a pitch?

Yes of course, on our website it is possible to make a booking request for a pitch within the pink reserved area.

What is the difference between a pitch in the free green area and a pitch in the reserved pink one?

For pitches in the free green area you do not need a reservation, for the ones in the pink area a reservation is needed. In both areas the pitches are surrounded by green and are equally equipped with an electricity and water connection. 

What is included in the price of the pitch?

Water and electricity are included in the price of the pitch. Additionally the entrance to the AquaMarinaPark and the participation in the animation activities are included in the price. 

How many Volts/Amps are available to every pitch?

Every pitch has a power connection of 220 Volts / 10 Amps / 2200 Watts.

What is the difference between a normal and a Super-pitch?

The Super-pitches differentiate themselves from normal ones based on their size, as they are 100 m2 big. Additionally to that they have a digital satellite TV connection and are surrounded by a hedge which grants more privacy. Super-pitches need to be reserved. At exception of the areas 31.. and 61.., where the average pitch size is approximately 100 m2, normal pitches have an average size of approximately 85 m2.

Consist the pitches of a sandy soil?

All our pitches are covered with a soft layer of grass.

Is there a minimum stay I need to take into account when I reserve a pitch?

Yes, the minimum stay for a reserved pitch is 7 nights.

Is it possible to depart in the afternoon, without facing any additional costs? (Special Offer Afternoon Stay)

For all Guests staying on a pitch in the free green area, there can be special offers in low season that enable the departure in the afternoon within 11 pm without facing any additional costs.

From when is it possible to make a booking request?

In the months the campsite is open, it is possible to make a booking request for both the current and the following season.

What is a booking request?

Through a booking request, which you can find on our website, you can make a non binding reservation request for a pitch or an accommodation. Our booking office is going to answer such requests beginning with December and January, after having considered the requests made by our regular guests. In the months the campsite is open, it is possible to send a booking request for both the current and the following season.

Is it possible to receive visitors on the own pitch or accommodation?

Yes, it is possible to receive visitors on the own pitch or accommodation. For visitors there is a minimum stay of two consecutive nights.


Beach

Are dogs allowed on the beach?

Yes, dogs can access the beach right in front of the dog area of the camping village. Dogs are also allowed to access the sea in this area.

Is the beach in front of the camping village a free beach?

The beach in front of the camping village is licensed to the camping village, it is insofar a free beach as every guest can freely choose where to position beach chairs and umbrellas. The areas in front of the beach chair and sport equipment rentals and the lifeguard towers have to stay unoccupied.

Is it possible to rent beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach?

Yes, on the beach there are two beach chair and umbrella rentals, one in the centre of the beach and one in front of Marina 2000.


Dogs

Are dogs allowed in the camping village?

Yes, the camping village Marina di Venezia is a friend of dogs.

Is there a special area for dogs in the camping village?

The camping village has a special area for dogs with pitches and accommodations where you can enjoy your holiday together with your dog.

Is it possible to walk the dog within the camping village?

Yes, it is advisable to use the main roads of the camping village.

Do dogs always have to be on a leash?

Yes, provided the dog is on a leash, you can move freely within the camping village.

Do we have to bring the vaccination certificate of the dog?

Yes, at the moment of the check-in you have to hand in the dogs vaccination certificate.

Can you take a dog to Venice?

Yes, provided the dog is on a leash and the owner carries a muzzle with him, you can take a dog to Venice.


Regulations

At what hours is it possible to access the camping village with motorized vehicles?

Motorized vehicles can access the camping village from 7 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 11:30 pm.

Is the use of a BBQ allowed?

Yes, electric, coal and gas BBQ’s are allowed as long as the safety distance of 1.5 meters to all living units, hedges and trees is respected. While handling a BBQ you should always be very careful, never leave the fire unattended and always check if the fire has been put out correctly.

Are the Entrance and Exit of the camping village open during the night?

Motorized vehicles can access the camping village from 7 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 11:30 pm. It is possible to access the camping village at all times by foot and with bicycles.


Accommodations

At what time can we access our accommodation?

We guarantee that your accommodation is ready from 5.00 pm on.

Is the final cleaning of the unit included?
No, the unit has to be left clean and tidy.
Is it possible to rent bath towels?
Yes, it's possible to rent bath towels at the loundry.
At which time is it necessary to leave the unit the day of departure?
Departure must occure by 10.00.
Is it possible to receive visitors on the own pitch or accommodation?

Yes, it is possible to receive visitors on the own pitch or accommodation. For visitors there is a minimum stay of two consecutive nights.

Is it possible to park the car close to our accommodation?

Yes, every accommodation has its proper parking lot.

Is the final cleaning of our accommodation included in the price of our stay?

The accommodation must be returned duly cleaned and tidy, if you that is not the case, we will charge you for the cleaning costs.

Are there towels in the accommodation?

You can request our kit service plus, of different sizes, at the reception or via email.

Is there Wi-Fi in the accommodations?

The whole camping village is covered with Wi-Fi. Inside the accommodations the reception might vary based on the device used and the distance to the router.


AquaMarina Park

Is AquaMarina Park included in the price of the campsite?
Yes, access to our swimming complex is included in the price of the campsite.
Are swimming pools heated?

Yes Coral Bay, Laguna pool, Infinity pool, Sparkling pool and the three whirlpools are heated.

Is it compulsory to wear a swimming cap?
No, in the AquaMarina Park swimming caps are not compulsory.
Is the access to the AquaMarinaPark included in the price of the stay?

Yes, the swimming pools are included in the price of your stay and are of exclusive use of our guests.

Are the swimming pools open only in high season?

The swimming pools are open from the first to the last day of the season, the opening hours vary between high and low season.

Are the swimming pools heated?

Yes, the swimming pools Coral Bay, Laguna, the infinity and sparkling pool and the Whirlpools are heated from the first day on.

Do you have to wear a bathing cap?

Within the AquaMarinaPark you do not have to wear a bathing cap.


Entertainment & Sport activities

What sport activities are offered and how can somebody participate in them?

The entertainment team offers a variety of different sport activities like Soft Gym – Pilates, Spinning, Hydro-bike, Cardio fitness, Aqua-gym,  archery and Football Academy. It is possible to sign up for these activities at the animation office, our staff is happy to assist you and give you any further information you might need. Besides these activities there is a Windsurf center and a diving school that offer paid courses and also rent the respective equipment.

Are the entertainment activities subject to charge?

The daily entertainment program is free of charge for all guests.

Is there a sport center on the campsite?

Right outside the campsite there is a sport center with tennis courts, football fields with artificial turf and an area for archery. For any further information you can contact the animation office.

When does the animation program start?

The animation program starts with Pentecost and finishes in mid September.

Where is it possible to sign up for the entertainment activities?

You can sign up for the entertainment activities at the animation office at Piazza Marina.

Where can I find the weekly entertainment program?

The weekly entertainment program can be found on the information boards, on our website and within the app Holly.

How old must a child be in order to participate in the entertainment activities?

Children must be at least 4 years old in order to participate in the entertainment activities.


Excursions

How can I participate in the excursions?

You can sign up at the animation office to participate in the free bicycle tours.

Are the Segway tours subject to charge?

Segway tours are subject to charge and you can sign up for the Segway tours at the information, payments have to be made by credit card. Every Sunday there is the possibility for a free test-drive.


Leo World

Are the Leo World activities (Leo Golf, Leo Fun, Gommaland etc.) included in the stay?

The Leo World activities are subject of charge, the Leo Park is free. 

Is it possible to rent bicycles in the camping village?

There is a bicycle rent in the camping village that is open daily. Next to bicycles you can rent bicycle seats for children, tandems, strollers and bicycle carts, they also sell and repair bicycles. Bicycles can be rent on an hourly, daily and weekly basis.

Is it possible to rent a car in the camping village?

At the bike rent you can rent an electric car, at the information office it is possible to rent other vehicles.


Listón (Shopping Center) & Restaurants

Are the shops open also in low season?

All shops of our Listón are open from the first to the last day the campsite is open.

Do the shops have continuous opening hours?

All shops of our Listón have continuous opening hours which may vary depending on the seasons.

Is it possible to book a half board service in the restaurants?

At the moment there is no such possibility.


Offices

Is there a lost and found office in the camping village?

Yes, the lost and found office can be found at the reception.

When do we have to check-out?

After you paid for your stay, pitches have to be vacated within 12.00 am and accommodations within 10.00 am. Guests staying with a tour operator have to leave the camping village within 12.00 am.

When can we pay for our stay?

You can pay for your stay at the cash office from 8.00 – 12.00 am and from 4.00 – 7.00 pm.

What are the opening hours for the reception, the cash office, the information office, the Internet office and the animation office?

All our offices are open daily and have the following opening hours:

Reception:                           7.00 am – 11.00 pm
Infrmation office:                 Low season 9.00 am – 9.00 pm High season 8.00 am – 10.00 pm
Internet office:                     Low season 9.00 am – 9.00 pm High season 8.00 am – 10.00 pm
Cash office:                         8.00 – 12.00 am and 4.00 – 7.00 pm
Animation office:                  9:30 – 12.00 am and 3:30 – 5:30 pm

When is it possible to check-in?

You can check-in from 7 am to 11 pm . If you booked an accommodation you can check-in also after 11 pm, but access the camping village only by foot.

Is it possible to pay by card at the cash office?

Yes, you can pay by card at the cash office, we accept Visa, Maestro and MasterCard.

Are there any discounts for stays of a certain number of nights?

Yes, there are discounts for longer stays, however, they vary depending on the number of nights and the period of the stay. You can find more information about discounts in our price list.

Are there security lockers in the camping village?

Yes, you can find security lockers, which you can rent on a daily basis or also for longer periods, at the reception.

Is there Wi-Fi in the camping village?

Yes, the camping village is entirely covered with Wi-Fi.

Can you buy the tickets for the ferry boats, museums, theaters etc. directly in the camping village?

Yes, you can buy tickets for the ferry boats and buses (also the direct connection to the airports), museums in Venice and all theme parks at the information office.


Sanitary blocks

Is it possible to empty the chemical toilet in the sanitary blocks?

Yes, in all sanitary blocks, in the therefore designated area, it is possible to empty chemical toilets.

Is there hot water in the sanitary blocks?

All sanitary blocks are equipped with cold and hot water which is included in the price of the stay.

Are there showers for dogs in the sanitary block in the dog area?

Yes, there are showers for dogs in the sanitary block 6.


Doctor's office

Where is the nearest pharmacy?

The nearest pharmacy is in Ca’ Savio – Pharmacy Zorzetto (2.5 km), Ca'Ballarin (5km) and Cavallino (9km).

Is there a medical ambulatory in the camping village?

Yes, the campsite has a medical ambulatory with an air-conditioned waiting room. This is a paid service that is available on a daily basis in high season. In low season this service is guaranteed in the moments of the greatest turnout.

Is there a pharmacy in the camping village?

On the Listón you can find a parapharmacy.

Where is the nearest hospital?

The nearest hospital, reachable by land, is in Jesolo in approximately 15 km.


Other

Is it possible to rent a wheelchair?

Yes, you can rent a wheelchair at the information office.

Is it possible to rent a stroller for a child?

Yes, you can rent strollers at the bike rent.

Can we rent a cradle or an extra bed for a child?

Yes, on request at the reception and depending on availability we can provide you with a cradle or an extra bed for a child.

Is there a Bus connection from the camping village to the airports of Venice and Treviso?

Yes, right outside the camping village there is a Bus stop. The connection to the airports of Venice and Treviso varies depending on the season.

Is there a Bus connection to the harbor of Punta Sabbioni in order to reach Venice and the islands of the lagoon?

Yes, right outside the camping village there is a Bus stop. The connection to the harbor of Punta Sabbioni varies depending on the season.

Is there a Bus connection to Cavallino and Treporti in order to reach the weekly markets?

Yes, right outside the camping village there is a Bus stop. The connection to Cavallino and Treporti varies depending on the season.

Are minors allowed to access the camping village?

Minors (Under 18s) cannot enter the camping village unless they are accompanied by a parent and they cannot stay on a pitch or in an accommodation alone, even if a parent is present in the camping village.

Is it possible to visit the camping village?

At the discretion of the Management and after providing an identity document, it is possible to visit the camping village for the duration of one hour free of charge (last entrance 7pm). It is furthermore possible to pay a fee and visit friends or family that are staying in the camping village. Visitors do not have access to the AquaMarinaPark and they have to access the camping village by foot.

Where is it possible to find washing machines and dishwashers?

Close to the WC 3 there is a laundry with washing machines and dryers that offers also an ironing service. There are washing machines in all WC units, except for WC 2, in addition, there are dishwashers in WC 6 and 10.

Do you have to pay for the parking lots in front of the campsite?

Parking lots with blue ground markings are subject to charge, ones with white ground markings are free of charge.
