• Where can I find the complete campsite regulations?

  The complete campsite regulations (Camping Guide) are handed out to all guests upon arrival. It is also always available on our website.

• At what time can I occupy the pitch or accommodation unit if I have a reservation?

  You may enter your booked pitch starting from 3 p.m. If you booked an accommodation unit, the handover of the keys to the accommodation is guaranteed from 5 p.m. onwards.

• At what time can I occupy the pitch if I don't have a reservation?

  Those wishing to stay on a pitch that does not require a reservation will be able to access the Camping Village from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. However, access during high season will be subject to availability at the time of arrival and will be possible at the discretion of our staff.

• Is there a siesta at the campsite?

  Yes, the siesta inside Marina di Venezia is from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 11.30 p.m. to 7 a.m. During these times, it is not possible to enter and circulate around the campsite with motorised vehicles.

• What time is the check out?

  After settling the payment, the pitch must be vacated by 11 a.m. and the accommodation unit by 10 a.m. All guests must leave the campsite by 11 a.m.

• What are the speed limits within the Camping Village?

  The speed limit within the campsite is 10 km/h.

• Is it possible to enter and exit the campsite at all times?

  It is possible to access the campsite with motorised vehicles from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m to 11.30 p.m. only. By Walking and cycling, it is possible to access the campsite at any time of the day by showing your wristband to the staff.

• Are minors allowed to access the campsite?

  Minors (below 18 years) may not enter the Camping Village unless accompanied by a parent and may not occupy a pitch or accommodation unit alone, even if the parent is present at the campsite.

• Is it mandatory to wear a wristband?

  Yes, it is mandatory to wear a wristband for the duration of the holiday. All wristbands must be returned at the end of the stay at the cash office or tour operator's office.

• Can I use a barbecue inside the campsite?

  Yes, it is permitted to use grills/barbecues, making sure to keep a distance of at least 2 metres from all accommodation units (tents, caravans, camper vans, canopies, mobile homes or accommodations), hedges or trees and only during safe weather conditions.

• Is waste sorting carried out at the campsite?

  Yes, Marina di Venezia separates over 70% of the waste it produces for it to be recycled. Guests are invited to sort their waste using the special containers found throughout the Camping Village.
