    • How do I connect to the Marina di Venezia Wi-Fi network?

      To have access to the campsite's Wi-Fi network, you have to make sure you filled out the digital arrival declaration by connecting to the "Camping Pass" Wi-Fi network and by entering the credentials you have received upon arrival. You will then receive via email your digital Camping Passes and be able to access Wi-Fi by connecting to the MarinaWiFi or MarinaWiFi-VIP, depending on the type of pitch or unit you are staying in.

    • How many devices can I connect to the Wi-Fi network?

      You can connect one device per person. To connect an extra device, you have to disconnect from the previous one first and log in on the new one.

    • What extra services are included in the VIP Wi-Fi?

      With the MarinaWiFi-VIP connection, any internet service can be used, while with the MarinaWiFi connection, streaming services (e.g. Netflix, Amazon Prime) and VPN services are not included. Please note that the VIP network does not increase signal quality and/or download/upload speed.

    • How do I switch to the MarinaWiFi-VIP connection?

      It is possible to purchase an upgrade ticket for MarinaWiFi-VIP access at the Internet Help Desk. MarinaWiFi-VIP connection is already included for those staying in the Almar and Superplatz pitches and in the Marina Lodge, Garden Villa, De Luxe, Aqua Lodge, Sea Lodge, Rex Lodge, Green Lodge, Art Style, Air Lodge, Flower Style, and Marina Open units.

    • I am connected to Wi-Fi, my device indicates that I have signal, but the Internet is not working. Why?

      Make sure that you have correctly followed the digital arrival declaration procedure indicated on the postcard given to you upon arrival and verify that you are connected to the correct Wi-Fi network: MarinaWiFi-VIP for those staying in Marina Lodge, Garden Villa, De Luxe, Aqua Lodge, Sea Lodge, Rex Lodge, Green Lodge, Art Style, Air Lodge, Flower Style, Marina Open, Superplatz Pitches, Almar Pitches; MarinaWiFi for all other housing solutions. In case of need, please contact the Internet Help Desk.

    • Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting, what can I do?

      Make sure that you have deleted/forgotten networks other than the one intended for your housing unit. If the problem persists, please go to the Internet Help Desk.
