From April 29th to May 1st, in the city centre of Cavallino, the "Festa dea Sparesea" takes place, a traditional village festival celebrating the asparagus season, especially the "Montine" asparagus, which has a unique taste thanks to the sandy soil of Cavallino-Treporti.
At the festival you will be able to taste typical asparagus dishes and to listen to good music.
During the festival, there will also be the "Sparesea Run", a run along the new cantilevered bike path suspended above the waters of the venetian lagoon.
